What is phonology?
Is the systematic study of human speech-sounds. It provides means of describing and classifying virtually all the sounds that can be produced by human vocal tracts. In English, these features include phonemes, word stress, sentence stress and intonation.
Phonetics
Is concerned with the physical properties of sounds
Analyzes the production of all human speech sounds, regardless of language.

Phonology is concerned with the abstract, Analyzes the sound patterns of a particular language by determining which phonetic sounds are significant and explaining how these sounds are interpreted by the native speaker.
