We will be playing against different school whose skills may be better with different strategy. This is so that we can take this opportunity to learn from them so that we can improve ourselves and in the future when we meet better opponents, we will play much better.

Improve Fitness
It helps to train our strength and stamina as we are going up against people who we do not see regularly hence this can help me improve our fitness. The game on court is also more intense which requires a lot of endurance, perseverance and strength to play well.
Disadvantages
getting injured
Playing in sports is normal to get injuries but some injuries may be severe. Some injuries will affect your walking ability like ankle sprain or affect your writing ability if u sprain or fracture your wrist. This will lead to you having difficulty doing your normal routine as injuries take time to recover, resulting in you missing training.
lack of time management
Lack of time management happens especially during competition period and when its near your exam period as you need to play well and studied hard for your exam. However, you will be very tired from attending school and going for competition giving you no time to do your work as you spend time sleeping instead. Its worse when the day after your competition you still have training. You would have other events plan out for yourself the next day, this causes problem for you to manage your time properly
mental health
It is very tiring to cope with studies and training as you have to perform well during training and you need to ensure that you have studied for your examinations and that you finish your homework on time. You will also need to be a well behaved student. All in all, this requirement set for you or you set for yourself can be mentally draining for you to handle.

Healthy eating must not only be a staple in school, a healthy diet should also be applied at home during meals

Some schools have introduced students to healthy initiatives such as My Healthy Plate. It serves as a guide for students to eat the right amount of proteins, carbohydrates and fats to grow healthily. I think we should introduce more of such initiatives for students in school and share such initiatives with parents at home. This is so that we can not only ensure that students in school are eating healthy but we can also spread the awareness to parents so they have a well proportioned diet at home as well.

covid -19 has led many to be stuck at home. The older generation loses many opportunities to interact with others and their friends as they are not tech-savvy and are unable to communicate with their friends online.This has led to a decrease in their physical and mental health.
