Importance
Non-verbal communication is of great importance because it helps people to know when something they are saying is important to others, to know if they are telling the truth or how well they are listening. When the signals of non-verbal communication coincide with the words that are said, it creates a stronger relationship, increases confidence, clarity. But when it does not coincide then confusion, tension and distrust can be generated.
Active listening
Active listening is the concentration on what other people are telling you, in a nutshell, it is when you put your big ear to be able to listen to other people.
In the video they showed us the right way to do it, and this is what should be taken into account

Use non-verbal communication to be able to make the conversation more reliable, calm and that they do not see any problem
Disagreement
Disagreements are divided opinions between different people. In the video they give us words and sentences to be able to say in a better way that we do not agree with an idea or opinion about something.
