Evaluations are a procedure through which the fulfillment of the objectives of a subject is verified and determines the level of knowledge, procedures and attitudes achieved by the student. Likewise, the function of the evaluation is to provide feedback, make decisions and reinforce to motivate the student to develop a set of abilities and skills.
ways of evaluating:
A. Due to its function:
Diagnosis: It deals with carrying out a preliminary analysis of the educational context and the student, to diagnose their possibilities, needs and shortcomings.
Formative: Fulfills the functions of informing the student about achievements, identifying deficiencies in the development of the learning activity and assessing the behaviors of progressive progress in achieving the expected competencies.
Summative: It allows assessing the capacities achieved by the student at the end of the training process, validating content and methodology worked on in the development of the module, as well as defining the level of achievement achieved by the students.
C. By their agents:
Self-assessment: It is the process that allows the student to become aware by recognizing their progress and progress, it also serves as motivation and reinforcement of learning, and helps them to take responsibility for their performance.
Co-evaluation: It is the evaluation that is carried out among peers with a shared responsibility in the teaching-learning processes. This practice helps students to coexist respectfully and exercise other values such as respect, tolerance, objectivity, self-criticism and solidarity.
Heteroevaluation: It is carried out by the teacher as responsible for the training process, applied through procedures and instruments that collect the required information, in order to make relevant decisions.
Final evaluation: Allows the verification of the results achieved in contrast with the expected learning.
Process evaluation: Its purpose is to regulate the teaching-learning process, as the module is developed. It allows the evaluation of the student's knowledge and the teacher's teaching strategies, allowing the teacher to make immediate decisions to improve results.
Initial evaluation: Detects the previous knowledge and skills of the students, in this way they will allow them to achieve the capacities foreseen in the module.

a. Evaluatory activity
What am I going to evaluate? It is the action or situation planned by the teacher, aimed at collecting information at different times of the educational process, with the purpose of checking the level of achievement of certain student learning.
b. Evaluation techniques
How will it be evaluated? What will I do to evaluate? It is the procedure by which the evaluation of learning will be carried out.
c. Evaluation Instrument What will be evaluated? It is the means through which the information will be obtained. Every instrument provokes to stimulate the presence or manifestation of what is intended to be evaluated. It contains a structured set of items.
