CRAB WITH GARLIC SAUCE

PREPATION FOR THE CRAB

- We boil water in a pot with salt, pepper, cumin and a whole white onion
- We place the crab when the pot is already boiling and let it cook for 20 minutes until the crab turns orange

GARLIC PREPARATION
- Crush 3 cloves of garlic with salt, pepper, cumin until a small mass remains
- chop pearl onion in small slices
- In a saucepan, fry the previously chopped onion with butter and a little olive oil until the onion is golden over medium heat.
- When the onion is ready, add about 2 tablespoons of white wine and mix for 3 minutes.
- then we put a cup and a half of milk cream and stir until the milk cream boils over low heat.
- once this process is done we proceed to put some parsley leaves to taste.
