The short war

would end quickly as they had more advantages
They called it the
"six month war"
Importance of railroads

the transporting of the enemy's supplies

North blockade the Southern coasts
South's small fast ships pierced through the blockade
But still the blockade made
it difficult for the Southerners
People called this tatic
