How can light be changed?
Rainbow
Sunlight is made out of white light
White light is special because it has many colours in it.
All the different colours in rainbow are found in white light
Explain
when white passes through the little raindrops up in the sky that convention the light. When the white light is bent in the raindrops, it splits the light into all its colour
Experiment
Hypothesis
The sun and the rain make rainbow.
Materials
small mirrors
white paper
a dish of water
flashlight
Do the experiment
Step 1: Hold that white paper up.
Step 2: Put the mirror partway into the water.
Step 3: Now we will use the flash light and it represents the sunlight coming down through the raindrops.
You see, the water is bending the light and it's splitting the light into the different colours.
Results
Water can bend white light into all the colours of the rainbow
