Research findings
Survey results showed that the most common devices among students were a computer and personal smartphones
E- book readers and tablets were the least common devices
participants spent an average total of 4.3 hourse a day online
E- mails and face -to - face meetings were the most preferred ways of communication
Internet search engines were used daily by more than 80 %
More than 40 % students never used web conferencing or video chat for education
Students believe that better knowledge of technology saves their time
Students reported that the use of MS Word improved their writing skills
The results of post writing showed that there were a significant increase in grammar errors
