Compassion/Love:
(Concern and care for the suffering and misfortune of others that is impartial, and unexpected of anything in return)
frugality/simplicity:
(Removing desires from one's life in an effort to feel contentedness)

Yang:

Tao:

Wu Wei:
(The manner in which they act is effortless, unforced, non-deliberate. “The action of non-action.”)
Pu:
(The goal of Wu-wei. Representative of a passive state of receptiveness, believed to be the true nature of the mind - unburdened by knowledge or experiences. Aimless action, pure potential, and perception without prejudice, without illusion).
Te:
(inherent character, integrity" - the manifestation of the Tao within all things, the active expression, the active living, or cultivation, of the "way.")
Alchemy:
(The transformation of human beings in the effort to increase longevity, and bring them closer to the Tao).
Internal alchemy:
(Doctrines, as well as physical, mental, and spiritual practices used to improving physical, emotional, and mental health and wellbeing to assist in merging with the Tao).
External alchemy:
(The focus of compounding elixirs of immortality through heating minerals, metals, and other natural substances in a luted crucible to improve physical, emotional, and mental health and wellbeing to assist in merging with the Tao).
