Andy, age 70, applied to work at Apple. On his first day of work, he saw that everyone was working hard to meet monthly target sales, and the working environment was incredibly stressful with no room to interact and share knowledge between one another. Andy, a calm man with many past working experience, tries to change the environment by interacting with the other workers. At the first, the existing employees didn't really like Andy since they feel that the conversation distract them from work and Andy was too old to keep up with technology. However, after a few months, the workers realize that by interacting with one another, even informally, they could obtain some new knowledge from him as he loves to share his past working experience. Due to this interaction, the environment in the company started changing where it become less stressful and fun to exchange knowledge where everyone become more open in sharing knowledge. Also, the target is able to be achieved faster than before.
