Create incident log, begin collecting physical evidence (work examples, videos, photo graphs, incident log summaries) (6 - 8 weeks worth of evidence)
Informally communicate with parents regarding behaviours observed in class and interventions the teacher is implementing

Banzhuren / Advisor work with student to further implement new specific techniques. works with communicating understanding to student (4 weeks)
