it is supposed for a teens to consume no more than 100ml grams of caffeine per day in order to avoid any negative effects or to reduce them
teens nowadays will be in a really bad mental and physical state in a few years if they don’t try to control their caffeine intake because the effects are starting to show on them now even in my little survey results
Caffeine is not completely bad for teens but it has a lot of side effects if consumed in a wrong way
in order to avoid the side effects of caffeine it’s recommended to drink it at the day hours and avoid it at night to make sure that good sleep quality had been reached.
