        Infiltrative lessions bilateral, simmetrical and located in the center and lowe fields.
      - CT
        
        Interlobular septal thickening, peribronchovascular intersticial thickening, centrilobular opacities, intralobular inches, grond-glass opacities.
- - - - Consuming raw or undercooked crayfish or freshwater crabs
      - Poor sanitary conditions
    - - Early infection: fever, malaise, diarrhea, epigastric pain, urticaria, bilateral chest pain, pneumothorax, dyspnea, cough
        
        Late infection: hemoptysis, malaise, chocolate color sputum
        
        Extrapulmonary infection: imflammation in brain, intestinal wall, spleen, pancreas, ovaries, testivles and breasts

        Shadow lesions, pulmonary infiltrates, nodules, pleural efussion, pleural thickening, parenchymal mass lesions
      - CT
        
        Pulmonary lesions are simimlar to TB, lesions are localized in preipherically in the mid lower lung
