dimensioning of circle, arc and hole
Circles are dimensioned by diameter, arc are dimensioned by radius and hole is dimensioned by the centerlines.

tolerance
Parts cannot be manufactured exactly with the dimension due to some manufacturing variables thus tolerances are to be given for every components
3 types of tolerances

unilateral tolerance
unilateral tolerance only allow the manufacturer to vary one direction while the other direction is not allowed to be varied.
limit tolerance
limit tolerance is where the tolerance is shown in the dimension and it should never exceed the upper and lower limit.
