We negotiate, everyday by the matter of how the issue is big or small. So in the negotiation, there is a lot of aspect we have to know about. And negotiating is considered as a art, so if you want to be good negotiater, you have to learn a lot of concepts. In this course we get a notion about negotiation as I have detailed here. Feedback
For my opinion, In this course we need to do some exercise. And It will be more effective if we do negotiation exercise just like an real negotiation is happening.

Why we have to negotiate? Because we need things: resources, cooperation, information, support from others for our life.

Therefore, Negotiation is the thing we can influence others to get what we need from them

Perception, cognition and emotion
