Found out a student is struggling in learning (early childhood eduation)
Reach out to the student face-to-face or online (if teaching in virtual class), constant communication with students to see their thoughts/reflections. During the communication, teachers can work with the student to identify the issues they are having.
Give suggestions based on their behavior, and come up with a plan. Start conduct early intervention strategies to support students.

Contact with parents to discuss the issues. Before the meeting, teachers need to well prepare the evidence we can share with parents.
Check out students' history/behaviors at home
Put the assessment in context. Give parents more details of the areas that students needed support. Compare with the growth standard if necessary in order to let parents to take it seriousely.
