Types of Rights
Positive Rights= all the rights that can only exist if they are actively given by someone else. Positive rights usually grant things that human's don't have yet wish to be provided

Natural Rights= they are rights that do not require a service or product to be given by another person. Are a right we can reasonably claim because we are human
Cultural Relativism= those who believe that there is no such thing as natural rights are really saying that rights are relative to culture or society

Human rights are something everyone should have, no matter what country they were born in or live in
