I think nuclear families have declined in the Uk because more people has become homosexual, or transgender.

What are the different types of families?
Family: a group of people who are related by blood, marriage or adoption
Nuclear family: a couple and their children regarded as a basic social unit
Stepfamily: a family that is formed on the remarriage of a divorced or widowed person and that includes a child or children
Same-sex parents: People of the same sex who are raising children together
Extended family: a family that extends beyond just parents and their children by including grandparents and other relatives as well
Polygamy; is the practise or custom of having more than one wife at the same time.
Bigamy: the offence in the Uk of marrying someone while already married to another person.
Which is most common in the Uk and why?
I think the type of family which is most common in the Uk is an extended family. This is because when people of the same sex come together and raise children they could bring other people into the family which makes it an extended family.
What is the purpose of families?
I think the purpose of families is create a happy, healthy, stability, safety, and security for members and society. “ Christian parents teach their children moral values.”

Different types of contraception
Caps: A circular dome made of thin, soft silicone that is inserted into the vagina before sex. It covers the cervix so sperm cannot get into the womb to fertilise the woman.
Positives: It stops pregnancy.
Negatives: You have to have it in there for a long time before you have sex.
What are religious views on contraception
In Christianity , Anglicans and other protestant groups believe that you should have as many children if you can care for them properly.
Then a Islam view on contraception is that, contraception is only an option for married couples as sex before marriage is not allowed
