attachment
- Subtle hints of hair balding throughout the poem.
- Is he scared of getting old?
- time is everything…
- The overthinking of how people portray him. Does he feel insecure?
- Time and him are on a different page
- this child is longing for stability. As the child draws a house, the child is missing a stable home. There's a piece missing in this child.
- "The house feels chilly", I immediately thought it's not the same anymore. In need of a change, desperate for something stable that's perfect.
- also desperate for something new
-
-
- love alters. Love is always changing and usually, but rarely never consistent.
- When love is being thrown out to the world for someone, it is the most amazing raw emotion anyone can ask for.
- the word 'bears' .... When I think of a bear, I think of it like a cuddle, especially in this context. Something to hold onto?
- This person wants to be loved, but as time is passing, this person is giving too much love that is not being reciprocated, second guessing everything they have to offer.
- Everything is fast paced. There is no time to think. Their duty is to fight…. not having any other choice.
- The men are actually on the field and in action… fighting for their lives.. as you can see them 'yelling and stumbling'.
- There is really no say in this, fighting because they have to? or fighting because they want to?
- Enjoy life to the fullest
- Preying on innocence?
- Innocence is known as vulnerable and easy to get to, insisting that he is powerful and sort of manipulates this lust relationship.
- craving temptation?
- Not thinking?
- Comparing 'rain' and 'summer' together. (contrasting the two)
- Usually when it rains, things usually don't always go well, feeling all sorts of emotions and overthinking as per usual.
- When thinking of the summer, I think of happiness and finally accepting your self as a whole
- she is finally at peace with herself and it's okay to be your own true person.
- Many people who are not in touch with nature.
- Technology is a distraction.
- there is a loss of nature and some people are prioritizing materialistic things.
- The author wants readers to understand the little things around us
- enjoying the autumn moment or any moment in general.
- enjoy life as it is. Don't rush anything in life. Enjoy the noise, the birds chirping, see the leaves change color.
- Just enjoy things in the moment because the next thing you know, it's going to be gone in a second…. and it might not be the same.
- A little spider is patient yet so small... feeling scared?
- Everyone is scared of spiders….. kind of implying that we are the spiders scared of the huge world around us.
- But why spiders? Why not a mighty animal?
- No matter how gentle love is or no matter how hurtful love can be, it is still so loud.
- Even the most quiet love can be so powerful and that bond is so genuine…. that love is so pure.
- showing other attributes is such a genuine form of love
- He was human. He still had these insecurities,,, while others thought he was always happy. He was going through it.
- he had everything, people thought he was living life to the fullest, when in reality it was more so feeling empty.
- He felt lonely.
- Mothers are usually our life savers.
- The sincere tone that this author has for his mother.
- He notices his mother when she's happy and when she struggles… but mothers don't show their hardships.
- They act strong for us….as she drops the tea..They are our remedy.
- They fix us in a way, to become someone better
than we could ever imagine. Our rock.
