4.1 Preparing the offer:
the recruitment team will work with the Studio Representatives the offer details in a dedicated channel on slack
4.2 - Discussing the offer
: DHM, Project Responsible and Studio representative will discuss and agree on the offer
4.3 - Presenting the offer:
Recruiter and a Studio representative present the offer to the candidate
4.4- Negotiating the offer:
The studio representative will be in charge to negotiate the offer if needed
5. Onboarding

5.2 - First day
: HRBP and the Studio Representatives will guide the new hire so he understands the processes
5.1 - Start date:
HRBP will define the best start date for the candidate and project

1.1 The DHM and the CEO discuss and agree the job opening request
1.2 Project responsible input the approved position in the Staffing plan
1.3 Recruitment team follows the staffing plan
