Essential questions meet the following criteria: (WIGGINS) - paraphrased into my own words.
They stimulate ongoing thinking and inquiry.
Arguable, multiple answers
Inspire further questionning
Encourage debate and disucssion
Need evidence/proof.
Re-emerge throughout unit.
Answers may change/develop over the course of the exploration.
