Type of binding
Wiro, comb or spiral binding
Wire-O Bound books are intended to convey information in a more formal, orderly, and professional manner.
One of the most significant advantages of coil-bound books is that the cover may be fully opened and folded back on itself. Because the spine cannot be opened and reopened once threaded through the punched holes, coil binding is marginally more durable than comb binding.

Saddle stitch binding
Saddle stitch binding requires whole sheets of paper to be stapled together in the middle. The book, including the cover, is then folded in half along the staple line. Because no glue is needed, this is a very cost-effective binding method.
To be saddle stitched, pages must be in multiples of four. Because saddle-stitched books are entirely made of folded sheets, the page count must be a multiple of four.
