Reasons
Agents who recruited indentured workers were paid a commission for each individual they brought in. This resulted in deception about the job, wages, and, most typically, the distance to the colony to which the workers were being transferred, as well as kidnapping and forcible transportation.

Reasons
Europe - sought to escape persecution and for economic reasons as farmers migrated to find work in newly emerging industries.
Africa - crops and other agricultural necessities were not available all year round, so the moved over the seasons
Asia - There were many well-established trade routes that were great for trading

Europe - push: cruel living standards and lack of food. Pull: better soil and more food
Africa - push: Escape natural disaster & warfare. Pull: better hunting, pastoralism and agriculture
Asia - push: trade was necessary for the evolution of china. Pull: trade was very available and easy to come by.

Australian people were facing poverty and wanted to escape politically repressive regimes. While the Irish wanted to escape the potato famine.
