    - - Notable MACCs signed, no clear consumption plan or not yet in AMMP. Working with the AT to understand if there's a gap we can bridge, or way we can accelerate
    - - FTA Mainstream sees 100's of customers. Some are 'Not Ready Yet' are these good candidates?
  - - - Being able to clearly articulate this - especially with different programs avail - really being able to lock and refine one this. While keeping it simple
      - Qualifying criteria - "what do we need to get this" ... Hard to pin down at this stage

  - - - Virgin Money - longest running experiement customer. Bigger, more complex ones. Partner and Customer complexity - including deep dives on their migration tooling - Azure Migrate. Discussions on their general approach of AVS vs Azure native. Quite a spanning engagement
      - Helsana - targeted LZ design review to stop GCP engaging. Final sizing and cost discussions as well as multi-regional availability
    - - Lifeworks - Governance and comms. Migration tooling selection, planning and strategy. LZ review.
- - - - Scale through FTA experience. 1000s of projects, mig and mod experience. And having a good idea where to go if we can't help - working with the AT - don't want to replace or step on toes
      - Recognise that a place that might be opportune is where contract is signed and Partner is either just about to be chosen, or is just being brought onboard
    - - MoiRA as a framework COULD potentially span Strategy, Assess & Plan, Mig and Mod
      - We expect most fitting is UNDERSTANDING and remediating the Strat - rather than creating it from scratch. Real opp to bring things forward in Assess and Plan
      - Opportunity to accelerate through to Mig and Mod - whether this is AMMP Standard, Adv, FTA MS or other
      - What's also key here is that in this MoiRA framework option to link up, signpost to or hook into programs - like HBC or SQL Go Big
