Eucharist is when you eat the body of Christ and drink his blood.
When you eat and drink Christ your not actually eating or drinking the body of Christ. You're actually eating bread and drinking wine but the priests say that the bread is the body of Christ and the wine is the blood of Christ.

Baptism is when you get baptised and get first sin out of you.

Anointing of the sick is When you are sick and you have a priest come and pray to God that you get better.

You can give other people that need food your food if you can.
You can us your gifts to help others.
If you see someone that is hurt you could try to help them.
You can donate to charity.
How does understanding human dignity shape our actions.
If you have human rights then you have more dignity.
If you don't help someone that you see needs help that is the opposite of human dignity.
You could help someone that is homeless find a place to stay. That's human dignity.
