Make some paper flashcards to improve recall
Write out what you know and then go over what you did wrong and make questions on it
Identify what information is important. You could do this by putting a star next to it or a postit
Organise the information in a way that you understand it and put it in your own words + extract the irrelevant information (use diagrams ect.)
Memerise (write out the main notes ex. summary sheets small notes and reframe it into your own words)
Apply the information (practise Qs and practise questions on the text book) also you can make voice recordings. And summerise what you read into your own words + flash cards
Also make questions on that topic (write the questions into your own words)
Please use images it intigrates better for humans

Take 15m to write a summary on paper and put it into your own words
take 2 min to add a flashcard or 2 that you did not get around to adding
Take the last 5m revising on flashcards
