News of tube station disasters were censored to prevent a further decrease in morale and to stop the Germans from finding out the damaged caused by bombs
Government and morale
First few weeks of the blitx, tensions between classes grew as the blitz negatively impacted the east end working class the most. Not to mention, the shelters were directed at the the richer West End (and so thousands went there in search of shelter). However these tensions slightly eased as the bombs shifted location.

In fact propagnda was used in the form of posters, movies, flyers etc to boost morale and act in accordance to the situation around them (like warn against spies, be safe, support the war, etc)
