Assembly (drawing)
It is drawing various parts of a machine or structure and assembling them in their respective working positions.
Dimensioning Small Features - When arrow heads are placed between small extension lines, it makes dimension very difficult to be read. If this happens, arrow heads can be placed outside extension lines so that the dimensions can be seen more clearly.
Dimensioning Of Multiple Features - If there are multiple same features in a single diagram, we can just indicate one of them; and then mentioning how many of these features are there in the diagram: using (N × Dimension).
Chain Dimensioning - is when a series of dimensions are placed as one straight line. It should be applied only if there wouldn't be a significant effect even when tolerances of dimensions gather.
Combined Dimensioning - is an application of both parallel and chain dimensioning in a single diagram.
Parallel(Datum) Dimensioning - is when dimensions are arranged originating from a common reference surface(datum).
Superimposed Running Dimensioning - is a similar kind of parallel dimensioning, when the dimensions are simplified to minimize the space on a drawing.
Dimensioning of Circle(by its diameter), Arc(by its radius) and Hole(are located by their centerlines)
