The difference between a eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells is that prokaryotes are cell that don't have a nucleus but a eukaryotic cell does. Another difference is that most prokaryotes cells are bacteria or non living things but eukaryotic cells are living objects.
Mitosis
-
the second stage in mitosis is metaphase when the chromosomes line up in the middle of the cell and attach to a spindle which is joined to either side of the cell
the third stage is anaphase when those pairs of chromosomes spit up into single pairs of chromosomes and go to their side where the spindle is.
the fourth stage of mitosis is telophase when two cell membranes form around the sets of chromosomes
