Homeostasis
Examples
Positive feedback loops:
Childbirth: stretching of the walls in the uterus cause contractions, and the contractions continue until birth occurs
Lactation: If your baby is fed from your milk this will stimulate the milk production and it will continue to happen until the baby stops feeding
-
Negative feedback loops:
Thermoregulation: if body temperature changes, mechanisms are induced to restore normal levels
Blood sugar regulation: insulin lowers blood glucose when levels are high ; glucagon raises blood glucose when levels are low
The two feed backs?
This is a process that regulates your body to be able to survive by giving negative or positive energy. The positive and negative feedbacks are the ones who are going to be use to regulate your system
