PASSIVE VOICE
Affirmative, negative and interrogative.

Present Continuos
Affirmative form: A good work is being done by that company. (A good job is being done by that company).
Negative form: A good work is not being done by that company. (A good job is not being done by that company).
Interrogative form: Is a good work being done by that company? (Is a good job being done by that company?).
Present Perfect
Affirmative form: The class has been given by another teacher. (Thr class has been taught by another teacher).
Negative form: The class hasn´t been given by another teacher. (The class has not been taught by anther teacher).
Interrogative form: Has the class been given by another teacher? (Has the class been taught by another teacher?).

Negative form: The car will not/won’t be fixed by a mechanic. (The car will not be fixed by a mechanic).

Future Perfect
Affirmative form: By next month, the wall will have been painted by him. (By next month, the wall will have been painted by him).
Negative form: By next month, the wall will not/won’t have been painted by him. (By next month, the wall will not have been painted by him).
Interrogative form: Will the wall have been painted by next month by him? (Will the wall have been painted around next month by him?).

The passive voice is a structure where the subject is patient, that is, it undergoes the action represented by the verb.

How is it used?
The choice of voice used depends on what you want to emphasize in the sentence. Used for emphasis or when unsure who performed the action.
