PASSIVE VOICE
The Passive Voice is a phrase in which the subject has a action. This phrases can be in past, present future continuous, perfect and simple. Also in affirmative, negative and interrogative forms.
Examples in the simple past, continuous and perfect
Simple Past: Object +
was/were
+ Past participle + complement
Affirmative: The group was made by me
Negative: The group wasn't (was not) made by me
Interrogative: Was the group made by you?
Past perfect: Object +
Had been
+ Past participle + complement
Affirmative: The group had been made by me
Negative: The group hadn"t (had not) been made by me
Interrogative: Had the group been made by you?
Past continuous: Object +
was being/were being
+ Past participle + complement
Affirmative: The group was being made by me
Negative: The group wasn't being made by me
Interrogative: Was the group being made by you?
Examples in present perfect, simple present and present continuous
Simple Present: Object +

Affirmative: The book is written by me
Negative: The book ins't written by me
Interrogative: Is the book written by you?

has been/have been

Examples in future perfect, simple future and with modal verbs

is: May, might, should, could, can, would, will and ought to. But, we will use the verb "will" as example (Object +

Affirmative: The tulips will be planted by me
Negative: The tulips will not be planted by me
Interrogative: Will the tulips be planted by you?
Future Perfect: Object +
Will have been
+ past participle + complement
Affirmative: Tomorrow, the tulips will have been planted by me
Negative: Tomorrow, the tulips will not have been planted by me
Interrogative: Will the tulips have been planted tomorrow by you?
Simple future: Object +
will be

Affirmative: The tulips will be planted by me
Negative: The tulips will not be planted by me
