The bill is introduced to a committee that the bill will affect
The Committee passes the bill and presents it to the house or senate
Bill is presented to the House of Representatives and is debated
A majority vote in the house passes the bill onto them senate after possible changes
Once the bill passes both the house and the senate it is presented to a committee made up of members of the house and senate where they will finalize changes and make sure it is properly written
The final Bill is presented to the president
