What you should do before giving CPR
only do it when (there's) no other choice
1) Make sure scene's safety
2) Tap the victim's shoulder

3) Tell someone to call emergency service (911, 119)
4) Listen to the operator

1) Put heels of hands in the center of the chest
2) Lock elbows together / Put shoulder over the chest
3) Push down at least 2 inches
4) Release the pressure
