iii. it consists of stimulus, stimuli & reinforcement (negative/positive)
iv. behaviorism approach is ok but depends on what group of people

Explanation: i. knowledge is a network product
ii. technology plays a key role in learning and sharing
iii. technology is a major part of the learning process
