Nursing Care Plan
Nursing diagnosis
Risk for ineffective cerebral tissue perfusion related to reduction of blood flow and cerebral edema
Hyperthermia related to infection
Decreased intracranial adaptive capacity related to decreased cerebral perfusion or increased ICP
Acute pain related to headache and muscle aches
Interventions
Returt to maximal neurologic functioning
Control pain and discomfort
Resolve infection
Monitor vital signs
