Defination
Means less oxygen and glucose is reaching the brain which can cause brain damage and neurological problems.
Pathophysiology
Cerebral circulation is the blood flow in the brain that delivers oxygenated blood and glucose to the brain so that the brain can stay healthy, when the circulation is impaired the brain becomes damaged.

Placing a rolled towel under palm to prevent contractions.
Assess increase into intercranial pressure manifestation
Assess any edema, haemorrhage or spasm
