Definition
Condition in which eyelid is rolled inward against the eyeball. The eyelashes rub against the eyeball causing discomfort. It is caused by muscle spasm or by inflammation or scaring of the conjunctiva

Eye redness

Risk factors
Age: the older you are the greater your chances
Trachoma infection: because trachoma can scar the inner eyelids
Previous burns or trauma: if you have had a burn or other injury on the face

Comfort: let the patient lie comfatable in the bed and no stimulus nearby
