Meniere's disease
Defination
Is an inner-ear condition that can cause vertigo, a specific type of dizziness in which you feel as you are spinning. It can cause ringing in your ear, hearing loss that comes and a feeling of pressure in your ear.
Pathophysiology
Tissues changes in the labyrinth trigger production of excess endolymph, which distorts the contour of the membranous labyrinth and destroys the vestibular and cochlea hair cells.
