The sensation of dark spots that are caused either by opacities in the the vitreous which cast shadows on the retina or by light bending at the junction between fluid pockets and the vitreous

Patient may describe a wide variety of symptoms like

Seeing spiders or insects darting across their vision
Seeing strands
Seeing black spots in their vision
Seeing cobwebs
Seeing spots in their vision
Definition
Opaque specks in the vitreous space float across the visual flied and cast moving shadows on the retina

Poor vision do eye swapping and administer medication
Pain maintain eye hygiene and administer antibiotics
