Addressing Weaknesses
Create a schedule for periods of intense workload. Allocate a set time to every task making sure to incorporate well utilised breaks.

- Reduces chance of becoming overwhelmed by breaking up every task into more manageable sections thus reducing stress surrounding the work.
- Ensures that every task is given equal attention as opposed to becoming fixated on one that proves the most engaging.
- Allows one to plan for breaks without guilt and helps to make sure one is not working until physically unable.
- Allows for a more structured sleep schedule by giving a stricter routine for the day meaning that work is not left until small hours of the morning.
Make better use of breaks. As opposed to staying within the area one is studying or looking at another screen, take a walk, exercise, meditate or stretch to better care for oneself.
Benefits:
- Can be highly beneficial for mental health.
- Allows one to reset instead of having intense study periods which can be very mentally and physically draining.
- Exercise and increased time outside has proven to help create a more stable sleep pattern.
- Likely to increase productivity and efficiency when working.
