Ineffective tissue perfusion due to increased intracranial pressure and edema of the brainas evidenced by confusion, seizures and headache

Assess patients level if consciousness, vital signs and neurological observations including GCS
Observe any signs of headache, decreased GCS and seizures

Administer antibiotics, osmotic diuretics and anticonvulsant drugs as ordered by the doctor
