Petit Mal epilepsy
This is characterized by a sudden and momentary blankness of expression or a facial or limit which the patient does not usually 40 do they drop anything and incontinence is unusual
Grand Mal epilepsy
This is characterized by generalized convulsions that follow a definite pattern, there is usually an aura followed by the tonic stage, they clonic stage and finally they convulsive stage
