CHAPTER 1

This chapter starts whith the civil war started in 1861 and finished to 1865. In 1803 Napoleon, emperor of French offered to sell land to the United States fot 15 milion $, and the president Thomas Jefferson was accepted the offer. In 1848, the country extended from the Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean, and native americans was looking a new world, and the governament create the indian territory area.

This capter talks about American holidays and famous traditions of USA for example: Thanksgiving or Independence day. Thanksgiving "Día de Gracias" explains to in 1621 are the first Thenksgiving, and this day everybody deer meat. Independence day was a day we celebates witch america in 4 of July of 1776 the leaders published the declaration of independence.

Chepter 9 explains to famous sports in USA, Basketball, Baseball and American Football.

Baseball are the natiolan sport of USA, and the more popular.
American football are very different to europea football, in USA the ball in USA you can take it with hands, and in europe you can't.
