        Informally, talk with the student's other teachers to see if they are observing any struggles. If the problem I see is happening in other classes. And discuss diffferentiation strategies.

        Bring in a counciller or special education specialist to observe the class (the student) and then meet with the student informally.
        
        After initial assessment. Have an official meeting with the specialist and the student's other teachers. To discuss the child.
