Example of breaking down a daily task into smaller tasks
Consider the way you get ready in the morning. Getting ready consists of many smaller steps.
Breaking down a task
First, figure out how much time to complete the task.
Next, determine how much time you will be working each setting.
Next, compare findings when answering questions, how much time to get the task done?
Count backward from the deadline to the starting date to see how much total time you have.
