- - - - a) The projects under PMJVK will be proposed in any area where the concentration of minority population is more than 25% in the catchment area (5 KM radius).
      - b) The State Level Committee/ Central Government Organisation will have to certify that the area identified for implementation of the project has more than 25% minority population in the catchment area (5 km radius).
