'hump added to nature behind you'
He then says that Alice and Vickey can get married, but he will choose the husbands - Alice and Vickey don't agree with this.
Says Maggie can't get married - she is too old apparently
Just as Hobson is finally about to leave for the Moonrakers, Mrs Hepworth comes
Mrs Hepworth is upperclass and she wants to praise Willies, working class - who made her boots.
After she leaves, Hobson is adamant that she is not going to come to his shop ever again, however when Jim comes, she becomes an

The girls are sent into the house and Jim and Hobson have a private talk together
Hobson calls the whole marriage thing off when he realises he'll have to pay settlements
Leaves for the Moonrakers and leaves Maggie in the shop
Maggie proposes to Will, Ada comes in, and Maggie also deals with her - gender roles
Willie is no longer staying with Ada, he is going to Tubby Wadlow's instead
Willie and Maggie may be engaged, but he will not give her a kiss yet,
'that's forcing things a bit, and all. It's like saying I agree to everything, a kiss is.
Alice, Vickey and Hobson are shocked at Maggie marrying below herself, and are very cross.
He is going to beat Willie,
'we must beat the love from your body'
