Does Fascism or Communism seem to be more concerned with the welfare of the people? I think Communism seems more concerned about the welfare of the people because Communism was designed so everyone would be equal and happy. Fascism seems like the dictator wants to take over everyone.
Communism - the concept for this section is communism because the communist party was similar to fascism in many ways. This is because the government plays a large role in both.
