Seismograph
The seismograph is sensitive from tiny movements so when it detects vibration or the ground shaking, it will go down and up means it detects that an earthquake is coming.

Go to the USGS Earthquake Notification Services (ENS) to sign up for free emails or text messages to your phone so it can tell you when the earthquake is coming by the seismograph.

Adding Seismic Dampeners in Rebuilt Buildings - To prevent the infrastructure from breaking, we can add seismic dampeners inside the new buildings to respond to the buildings crumbling. This strengthens the new buildings as well
